Sage’s mom isn’t a social mediaperson. She prefers privacy, and I deeply respect that. Just because you don’t see her or hear about her often doesn’t mean she isn’t a vital part of our family. In fact, quite the opposite—so much of what I get to do as a father, the fun moments I share with Sage, are made possible because she handles the day-to-day tasks that keep everything running smoothly. For that, I am forever grateful. The same was true of my first wife when we were raising our older kids. Mothers are some of the most special, incredible people in the world, and their contribution can never be overstated.
I created The Sage Dad as a fresh, empowering take on the "girl dad" journey, offering practical, actionable tips for dads raising daughters. Hosted by a father navigating the joys and challenges of fatherhood, this podcast focuses on building confidence, independence, and life skills in young girls. Each episode explores meaningful ways to engage with your toddler, helping them grow into strong, capable women.
